You are soooooo correct. This is the obvious trade that we see after it’s over, or when it’s too late. Past examples that come to mind are #1 when Raoul Pal said over and over again that Solana was “battle tested.” Later we find out he’d been invested since the bottom of the bear and of course #2 the BTC trade prior to the election. Fefe is 100% on this one. Question is, if you can’t buy spot BTC to take advantage of this possibility is there a more affordable proxy? Any examples of other cryptos that may move with that revelation Fefe?
Crypto is hard to value for them. P/E ratio way easier than “network effects”. That being said I don’t understand people’s hesitance to BTC. My guess is some people just don’t have the intellectual curiosity or desire to consider new ideas. Others like yourself are always looking probably due to the nature of the work you do. When I heard of BTC, I could see the amount of cash in the drawer being replaced by credit card transactions. Crypto seemed like the next logical evolution to me. That was when BTC was $200. I got distracted, didn’t buy, then saw it again later at $800 and said screw that. I eventually bought at a much higher price. Thank god I did.
@milesdeutscher Makes sense, but also doesn’t. Normies looking for shiny object. Ada, Xrp, Xlm got a spotlight shined on them with SEC resignations and CH participation with transition team. Hbar buried long ago. How’d the normies find that one?
@RaoulGMI Ok, very general question. What level of crypto adoption do we need to see before the market begins to noticeably move pricing mostly based on that metric alone.
