@MightyKeef Some of the most viable variety of builds in the souls games. I hope they keep magic the same, it had the most depth out of any of the games (quick casting, lock off, most spells actually pvp viable)

@sangorox Diet should not be the only factor. It helps lose weight but the number means nothing for health. Ideally do moderate-intense exercise (cardio) for 20-40 min 3x per week

@BlackYoshiSSB Take a break. However, I work in surgeries so I can't always do that. On days like those, I will stop what I'm doing and take 3 good breaths over 5-10 seconds to try to reset and regain my composure. Not perfect, but it works well enough

@J1tails Have a wife, kid, and doing surgeries daily. This is the life I'm living this July (starting Residency as a doctor). It's hard work, long hours, but I love it and still put a lot of effort into being with family. It's a good life
