@RayHan665 Punished twice for the same offence? Overspending, which was largely influenced by a new stadium, how did that effect Burnley on the pitch?

And surely the Premier League is to blame for not punishing quicker?

Correct and Everton’s lower placement the season of the points deduction had a financial impact too in terms of prize money.

How many times can a club be punished for the same issues? It is ludicrous.

@tezilyas I never saw this left back but I can tell you that Ray Wilson was considered one of the best left backs in the world in his heyday and was an integral part of England's World Cup triumph. I'm not sure those who remember that era would put Cole ahead of him.

@macL4_4EL Fair enough. He seems to be the kind of manager that wants full control over transfers rather than a transfer committee or whatever happens at a lot of clubs nowadays.

I always get the impression that Moyes is stubborn about playing players he perhaps didn't want to sign.
