@AmazonHelp
The battery level dropped from around 90% to 10% within approximately 2 minutes, and the product appeared to be previously used/opened.
I contacted Amazon immediately and, as instructed by your team, I also contacted realme and sent an email regarding the issue

Dear Amazon Customer Service / Escalation Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled.
I ordered realme Buds T310 on 3 September 2026, and the product was delivered on 4 September 2026. Immediately after delivery,

However, it is unfortunate that despite having such a glorious tradition, the school is currently functioning with only 3 to 4 teachers. If the government and the keonjhar administration pay attention to this issue and appoint the required number of teachers.🙏

@DistAdmKeonjhar @CMO_Odisha @IPR_Odisha @SRC_Odisha This incident has also given us an important lesson. A person from the tribal community has clearly shown that tribal people do not bow down easily; they stand with dignity and strength

Sir, I kindly request you to please ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

@DistAdmKeonjhar @CMO_Odisha @IPR_Odisha @SRC_Odisha Dear Sir,
The system should be designed in such a way that it alsosupports and benefits poor and underprivileged people.
Sir, we have to strengthen and improve the system in Keonjhar. However, people from other states are speaking negatively about it without proper understanding.

Sir, for the last two months my lighter has not been working. I complained to my distributor more than one month ago, Whenever I ask for the lighter, they say it is out of stock and advise me to buy it from a retail shop. Kindly take necessary action.
