Various activists and prominent Muslim public figures are calling for the notorious Islamophobe, Tommy Robinson, to be arrested while he is in Dubai for insulting the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and breaching the UAE’s blasphemy laws.

Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is in Dubai for a Misfits Boxing event on the “invitation” of local influencers.

His hateful remarks on X, while not made in the UAE, are in breach of the Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2023 on Combating Discrimination, Hatred and Extremism.

Many foreign nationals have been detained and deported for far less in the UAE in the past.
