I was on board @IndiGo6E from Chennai to Shri Vijaya Puram today and would like to offer two suggestions:

1️⃣ Kindly encourage cabin crew to communicate in Hindi first, especially with passengers who may not understand English, and switch to English when requested.
2️⃣ Port Blair has officially been renamed Shri Vijaya Puram. Please ensure announcements and displays reflect the new name.
These suggestions apply to all airlines. Let us promote Indian languages and proudly use official Indian place names.

🙏 A humble request to the Andaman & Nicobar Administration and the Government of India to kindly strengthen vigilance and undertake a comprehensive verification drive to identify illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and Rohingya settlers residing in the islands. 🇮🇳
Considering the strategic importance of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands for national security, enhanced monitoring at airports and harbours may kindly be ensured to prevent any possible illegal entry routes through West Bengal.
It is also requested that appropriate legal measures, including verification, detention facilities for illegal infiltrators, and deportation processes as per Indian law, may be considered by the authorities concerned.
Protecting the demographic balance, security, and future of our islands is in the national interest. 🇮🇳

🌏 Selective concern is not environmentalism.

If the issue doesn’t fit a narrative or geopolitical angle, it conveniently goes unnoticed — even when thousands of trees are lost in Hyderabad.

Environment cannot be selective.

You cannot preach green and practice destruction.
