@PietraMichelle @melissagrelo Thank you. If a qualified teacher like Melissa chooses not to teach, that’s her choice. But then don’t bash school boards that are forced to hire non qualified teachers as qualified teachers refuse

@videoguy416 @melissagrelo This was my original point. If you choose not to return to being a compensated teacher, that’s your choice. But then you can’t complain when boards are forced to hire “non qualified” teachers when the qualified teachers declined

@melissagrelo Teaching is not a demotion & these are paid positions. I agree that the gov has made many mistakes re: prep for back2school amid COVID. But you are stating that ONLY qualified teachers should be teaching. If qualified teachers aren’t willing to do so, what are the options here?
