NCAHP ಆಕ್ಟ್ ನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ���ಣವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅರೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ.
