@AsdaServiceTeam how do I make a complaint about an Asda product?
Tried phoning customer services and the line says it’s closed yet also says the lines are open until 10pm
@YWHelp Your website isn’t working to show service issues - why do you also not have an online form to report problems - 43 minutes to speak to someone who said they aren’t aware of any issues and will phone me back around 10:30pm if they find out about anything
@YorkshireWater Why don’t you have an online form to report issues? 20 minutes on hold and still not spoken to anyone. Your website isn’t working either so won’t show issues in my area
@odie1kenodie@duolingo It’s an absolute joke, why they think this is going to make people subscribe is beyond me - they’ll just lose customers and I hope they do.
What alternative apps are people looking at using instead?
@duolingo what an absolutely ridiculous change you have made to the app. Energy!?! Really, I was able to do 2 lessons with no mistakes and then about 3 questions on the 3rd before it “ran out” now I have to wait 25 hours!!!!
Think you have made a massive error with this
@Jolly_Jack@Ofcom Exactly, this has got stolen data/personal information written all over it. Many internet providers have kid blocker technology to stop them accessing these sites so why not just make parents use that instead of making adults given out personal information to who knows who
@Ofcom Still not far enough, if I take a 2 year deal at a price it should be that for 2 years. This change just gives the company’s an opportunity to still increase prices during a contract and I image most will increase them more than it would have been if it was linked to inflation
@duolingoUK Very misleading “sale” you have on right now. How can you claim it is 60% off when the figure you are using is based on the monthly subscription yet the 60% is against the annual subscription. In reality, the discount is 20% or £1 a month. Doesn’t look as impressive
@PrimeVideo Scum, utter scum! Don’t you make enough money? You are just greedy - if you want to show ads then you should lower your prices not make people pay even more to not see them.
@coopuk Yes but the point is you now decide what I can get a discount on rather than me - so you might have an offer on eggs and milk but I want to buy cream and could have used my points to get it cheaper
@coopuk So the last remaining “loyalty” scheme that wasn’t half bad is now going the way of all the others that decide what you get for being loyal rather than choosing yourself
