@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thanks for getting back to me. I've tried different browsers and devices, clearing cookies and cache also. According to the Sky community forums this has been an ongoing issue people have been experiencing consistently for THREE YEARS. Really disappointed.

@Ubisoft after the recent 20GB (!) update, #ACValhalla gets stuck on "checking for add-ons" for ages and when I CAN play it won't let me use my controller. At all. Honestly, it's like you WANT me to uninstall the game...
