How is it fair and equitable that Alex can take his funds out weeks before the closing of withdrawals funds from the network , as investors we did not have the same luxury of this early information. How is this fair to us as investors?

The Federal judges ruling that we as investors assigned ownership of our crypto , as supposedly outlined in the terms of use to Celsius and our assists becoming the the property of a said celsius network, at the time applying for chapter 11. We as investors have no hold .

@CelsiusNetwork even thought they are claiming through agreement with their terms of use , we have assigned ownership as depositors to them according to the judges ruling , however Alex got the heads up to take out his personal funds , and we depositors did get the same courtesy
