@Qantas Have been trying since July22 for a refund for flights cancelled by Qantas. Almost 20 phone calls later & all the promises from Qantas that we will be getting a refund and we have still not received the money. Multiple promises for call backs that never come. Please help!

@Qantas please help! Wife&I made 6 phone calls to try redeem flight credit. 2 passengers on the booking -booked at the same time. Each time we are told 1 passenger is closed and 1 open. Then told we can only book the open passenger, then put on hold - nothing done. What do we do?
