But all the other 3rds are still in play until more groups are complete.
Basically its not based on a table its the group letter and the combo 2/2

Basically there is a bracket for every combination of 3rd place qualifiers. Each bracket determines which game they play.
Because a certain number of games have been played, it means 1/2
