How is this safe @CrossCountryUK? Almost every time I get on a @CrossCountryUK train there are no seats, bags on seats that should be free and no evidence of customer care. God forbid there's an accident - is that when you'll tighten up your risk assessment? Shameful
On the 3.25pm @CrossCountryUK train from Manchester to Birmingham. First class. No toilet in three sections of train. No announcement. Non interested guard. Always something pretty dire on @CrossCountryUK trains
What an unmitigated mess you are @CrossCountryUK!
I have to use your trains daily and these pics are sadly the norm. Can we see your risk assessment addressing such overcrowding? These people would not do too well in an accident and neither would your trustees I suspect.
Back @HiltonGlasgow for the 1st time since covid. Stayed here 100s over years! Booked room specifically with a bath .. due to injury, shower dangerous. No baths available. Why didn't you let us know? No answer. What can u do? Nothing.
100% Customer care fail
@Hilton
Would love to see the risk assessment for this @CrossCountryUK How is this safe? Announcement implied that it's a one off but as a daily commuter Banbury to Birmingham this is sadly not the case!
Pretty shocking service from special assistance staff at @ELALUK@bengurionairpor LY315 "You have to pay extra for an aisle seat" she said accusingly as I stood there supported by crutches.
"What can I do?" She shrugged and sniggered
"look as if you care" said I

@CrossCountryUK I give up. I know the problem wasn't your fault but a little accountability for poor handling might show a bit of integrity and good passenger care, empathy
@CrossCountryUK That's a little unhelpful. There was no staff to speak of i.e they were not visible but there was an announcement telling us to board the train to Stoke. There must have been 60-80 people who did this. So, what was the reason for this advice or was it someone's poor judgement?
@CrossCountryUK Question: why advise us to travel BACK to Stoke on Trent from Macclesfield when the GWR train travelled back to THE EXACT SAME PLACE. Why could we not have just waited at MACCLESFIELD. Utter madness
@CrossCountryUK There's no staff to speak of. Came back to Stoke trying to get train back to Manch. Im special assistance but staff here said it's a free for all. Can you help?
@CrossCountryUK No announcements about buses or taxis, no gents toilets, no assistance for disabled, elderly. Realise there's a problem but someone needs to show a solution is being worked on. Pretty poor
How happy I was to see train manager Sean back on the @CrossCountryUK to Birmingham this morning.If every manager was as attentive and smiley as him, train travel would be a greater pleasure
Just tried to pay for parking at @ncpcarparks in Birmingham but the app wouldn't allow me to input the reg number and the card machine wasn't working. Please don't send me a fine! I was trapped by your systems failing!
Until a min ago, I was regular customer @HotelChocolat 15 mins at Marylebone Station branch, 10 of which waiting for them to find gift bag and getting card machine to work, no explanation. When I quizzed the manager, he told me "you've been rude .. lucky I served you!" Goodbye
