“I studied Santeria, and certain other things, that squares like you would call The Black Arts, due to a lack of understanding, from Chano Pozo in New Orleans”
It’s only a spoiler if you go around pointing out that it’s a spoiler. Otherwise it’s information without vital context for the uneducated audience, who probably didn’t care in the first place.
@TerwillikerInst@eventualforever It’s really obvious that Moore was on the fence about coming back so they wrote the film for a much younger new Bond - snowboarding, bossing Patrick Magee around, Zorin as a young villain to face off against, much younger love interests even by Bond standards.
@BlueFox__94@Itspaigeturnerr@nise_yoshimi I am watching it as we speak and it’s such a lush song and soundtrack the Bond theme is iconic but real ones know it’s the tip of the iceberg for the series
@IANdrewDiceClay Nick Khan was the catalyst for a lot of stuff people are saying they hate about TKO. He brokered the network sale. The Netflix egg stuff. The mountain dew and zombie matches.
He took credit for the pandemic releases too. His pitch to Vince was “you should be making more money”
@tomwarren Do you think having a steady stream of first party games exclusive to Xbox would have turned things around, whilst Sony fumbled around with live service?
I still can’t see people getting onboard
@architectstomp It’s like when Edge defeated Balor at Mania to end the Judgement Day, then left and the group went on to exist for years and win titles.
Nothing actually means anything. There’s no impact, no meaningful change. Everything feels the same.
@intothecrevasse The framing really irked me. Just very boring very quickly.
Doesn’t spent enough time exploring the incel type qualities of the main character, or the superficiality of a crush on a co worker, and the projection it entails.
I still enjoyed it but it’s no masterpiece
