@DavidGreenhh Agreed. After two decades, the AU mission was bound to end. Somalia’s forces must take full responsibility for their own security which is unlikely. But once the AU withdraws, al‑Shabaab will exploit the vacuum. Somalia needs real capacity, not just responsibility.
