@Delta medallion member pays for a comfort plus ticket hoping to get upgraded on an overseas flight. Ends up getting rebooked TWICE down into the main cabin. I don’t even have the seat I paid for now and the new class of ticket isn’t upgradable. WTF delta?

@Delta just had to buy last minute tickets on @AlaskaAir because you’re unavailable via messenger or phone and we’re out of time. Worst airline in the business. This is the second time you’ve done this to us. I flew you exclusively for years. Not anymore.

@Delta I’m done with your airline. We were flying to JFK from PDX Nonstop tomorrow AM. That was canceled, and changed to a flight over SLC, which was ok. That was then canceled as well. Now we’re being told that our only option is to fly over SEA from 7pm to 7am the following day

Totally unacceptable. Then, I was supposed to be transferred to a ticketing specialist and then the chat went dead. Waited an hour for the chat, and the phone says it’s an hour wait as well. You’re loosing this platinum member.

@Delta Are you proud of the gate agent at JFK C61 that bumped us from our MIA connection, but sent our bags on? We were later rerouted to FLL, and need to taxi to MIA to pick up our bags in the middle of the night at our cost. Your airline is a mess. Living this travel nightmare rn.

Take a 1 hour taxi ride to another airport to pick up his luggage, then go on to our hotel in the middle of the freaking night! Unacceptable. But since you won’t help us I guess that’s what we need to do to clean up your mess. @Delta I won’t forgive you for this.

@Delta you have basically ruined our trip to Art Basel in Miami. We booked a flight going over JFK to MIA. A 20 min late arrival at JFK due to mech problems resulted in us missing our connection to MIA. So now we’re on a flight to Ft Lauderdale….

Then they send us to Ft Lauderdale and tell us the fastest way to get our luggage would be to pick it up at MIA. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?!?! I have been a platinum member since 2015 and always fly delta. And this Platinum member is told to…..

@UPS we are consistently having packages misdelivered for the past two months. These packages are valuable to our company and this is costing us an excessive amount of time, and putting our valuable goods at risk of loss. This is no longer acceptable. Contact me to resolve this.

@DeanBrowningPA @laurenboebert There or not, a place that should have been safe for him and many others was taken away. He found courage and spoke up about it despite that clear trauma. If someone broke into your house, would you still feel safe there? You guys are truly sick.
