Israel has a goal of recycling 95% of its water, mostly for agriculture. If we were to use this type of solution, Arizona would not have a water problem.

Israel leads the world in desalinization. 35% of their water needs are met by desalinization, their goal is 70% by 2050. This could reduce our water problem.

In Israel 75% of crops irrigated by drip method... plants/food absorb 95% of water.

Most irrigation in Phoenix, is by flood method, very inefficient.
