We lost our beloved family member but d trauma of dat night has left lasting mark on our lives. We will never come to terms with this loss unles dere r consequences 4 those who played a major role in causing that trauma. My dad was retired chief pharmacist frm rly dhn @drmdhnecr
Lastly d Rly Ambulance had no facilities & no attendant. When I asked about d monitor, Driver lied claiming dat oxygen meter worked but he showed us old non-functional dial dat wasn't connected to d patient #railwayhospitalnegligence#railwayhospitalpatna@ECRlyHJP@RailMinIndia
This is not just negligence. This is systemic cruelty with inefficient doctors in emergency & 2 nursing staff attending around 20 ICU patients in the night. We seek accountability & consequences.We will not stop! #RailwayHospitalNegligence#JusticeForRailwayStaff@RailMinIndia
Morning doctor on round finally saw his reports & CT scan, he immediately ordered dat he must be shifted to pvt hospital as it's too late. My father who served d Railway Hospital wid empathy and pride was treated like a burden. Nobody told us. Nobody cared. @drmdhnecr
7-10 AM, 20 Oct- Referral process & its approval were undertaken more slowly than a tortoise, even though d entire process is fully online. The doctor arrogantly told us to wait for 3-4 hrs for MD approval. We were panicking, my father's brain was dying.
@RailMinIndia@ECRlyHJP
All night my mom, brother & I stayed awake beside my father watching d monitor ourselves with eyes wide open. He had fever, high BP & clear distress. We kept pleading d nursing staff to call d doctor. They ignored us. Dr came after half hr & clearly looked like he was sleeping
ICU Dr Sanket Narayan finally saw him & ignored d gravity of d situation. He said ventilator support wasn’t needed & dat referral could wait until morning. A critical patient was left unattended for hrs. I had to ask for monitor to be turned on & blanket to be given to patient.
1:30 AM, 20 Oct - We shifted our father to ECR Superspeciality Hosp. ICU. No ventilator. No monitoring. No urgency. The ICU there is worse than General Ward. Careless & utterly unprepared for critical patients. It's horrible & scary! Bringing to your notice @DRM_DDU@spjdivn
Emergency doctor didn’t even know dat critical patients can be directly admitted to an empanelled hospital during non-office hrs. She didn't understand severity by looking at reports & scans. She assured false ICU care & delayed action. Every min cost us dearly. @AshwiniVaishnaw
10 PM, 19 Oct – We first rushed to ECR Superspeciality Hospital, Patna with all reports, CT Scans, begging for emergency referral to an empanelled hospital. The patient was not in a state to be carried/shifted around.
The response? Confusion, Delay & Ignorance. @RailMinIndia
Horrifying & Traumatic!
What happened at East Central Railway Superspeciality Hospital, Patna is horrifying. My father dedicated his life to the Railway Hospital system. But when he needed it most, the same system failed him.

You should know when to use AI bots & when not to. @Swiggy last night I was trying to get through your customer service to help me with an order which took more than an hour to have a delivery agent assigned. All I got in response was an apathetic bot. Expected better from you.
