@Atulsingh_asan One of my cousin purchased unlimited Sum insured from Niva Bupa that too for Rs 25000 at age of 44 years... But unfortunately @BupaNiva is not giving it to existing policy holders. I am paying almost double for Rs 15 lakhs cover to Niva Bupa.

@AxisBankSupport It's not about downloading any App... But Axis Bank is not prohibiting its employees to not to use such numbers contrary to government guidelines. It is direct conflict with Government policies.

On being confronted that as per latest mandate any service call should be from 160.... She got infuriated and started yelling at me.
If you continue this practice using private numbers even for loan recoveries then this is serious threat to governments initiative against frauds

Gold coin option also not available now.

Exclusive possession has to be given. Merely retaining inspection rights (which are non enforceable) do not change nature of transaction from tenant to license

Every law has its pros and cons but this video is totally misleading

For eg If exclusive possession is transferred then merely executing license agreement will not take it out of tenancy. Rent laws will be applicable
