多用心，就是講話時，心集中於措辭言語；走路時，心集中於腳步；工作時，心集中於手。「過去」已經過去了，「未來」的事物想得太遠，反而會忘記「目前」的應對舉措，所以，無論過去或未來，我們都不要想太多，應該多注意現在，無論環境多麼煩雜，遇到任何境界，心，都能不受引動。
