I owned him for around 9 years so I literally got to grow up with him from a kitten to an old man. It was so fortunate he showed up at our back porch

He eventually picked up kidney disease which was making his later life harder, maybe this was a peaceful way for him to go.

I'll always cherish and love him, he meant the world to me and it's heartbreaking to have never been able to say goodbye. I just hope he rested knowing how much he was loved, or if he ran off that he found a new family that loves him.
