I pre-ordered SoulCalibr VI on the Xbox One and have been unable to play the online since launch. I have tried every conceivable way of trying to fix it but to no avail. When will you look into this and update us?

@paleta I'm using v26.0.34 on Firefox via tampermonkey and unfortunately the template builder just isn't working, for me it's not even putting players into the sbc, just does the loading circle and then nothing is done.

@TradeMaster91 I appealed immediately but no reply. Will I ever get my coins back? This is so incredibly unfair, I literally did nothing wrong, I was hoping to use coins to get some cards I wanted. I'm absolutely terrified to do anything on the transfer market because I think I'll get banned.

@TradeMaster91 My coins were wiped yesterday (23rd Aug Sunday morning), it was 1.45 million which is a big deal for me, most of it came from selling Futties Cantona for 648K and me just selling consumables for max price. I only have 1 account, I don't buy coins or distribute coins.

@FUT_Economist I spent an ungodly amount of money (5 figures in GBP) from FIFA 21 to FC 24 and then from that point on, I stopped loading my account with points to buy store packs, I just don't do it anymore because it really is a gambling addiction and the constant promos, it's predatory.
