@JioCare day 5 without fixing the issue. Yesterday support engineer said, his bike is down cant visit my home. But kept ticket on hold saying I am not available at home. Pure lie. Waiting for chatbot's responding this issue will be fixed soon. as usual #jiofiber

@JioCare my internet access is not working from 30+ hours. No response on ticket. Engineer appointment is scheduled at 2pm IST today. But no one visited to fix the issue. Let me know if you cant fix the issue, I will close connection and look for other options.
@amazonIN (2/4)as there is no proper response I refused to take delivery. He marked item as returned.This happened on 11th Dec. I immediately contacted customer care and raised complaint but no useful response. Placed new order which is suppose to get delivered on Dec12 but not delivered
@amazonIN (3/4) delivery from 12th Dec changed to 13th Dec again to Dec 14th. Never had such pathetic experience with Amazon so far. Customer support also not useful. I already contacted them twice but no solution. The response I see is, if it's not delivered today order will be cancelled
@amazonIN (1/4)Team, your delivery agent refused to door delivery, when insisted he sent the box unattended in lift asked me to collect it and share the delivery otp. Upon checking found broken seal on the box. When asked him, he rudely asked me to take it or leave it. This is unusual.
