Consumer protection laws are a joke in this country. Companies like @GoogleIndia doesn't even have a registered agent with the consumer portal and blatantly ignores the notices sent by National consumer helpline @nch1915 even after repeated reminders. 1/3
The next option is to file a case at e-jagriti which is supposed to be a fully online platform. Did all the file works, notarized the affidavit, printed, signed, scanned and uploaded all the documents. 2/3

When dealing with small & micro cap, you've to be really careful. Nothing prevents a group of investors worth hundreds or even thousands of crores, to capture the free float, generate lot of positive spin and sell to institutional and retail investors. Heard such rumours in 2017.
