@N2Reshiram @ahmesDB What word in the Arabic corresponds to “publicly”?

[Y @Jitoki420]

@N2Reshiram @ahmesDB And how do you know his inactivity right now isn’t also a command? The world isn’t a utopia, Allah could save Palestine right now if He wanted but He has not for some wisdom. Why would He then tell khadir, divinely appointed, to lead a proper force against it?

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ Of course it matters. The existence of something in nass entirely changes the discussion or else I doubt the ulema would have looked kindly upon “he’s only a man” being said about the prophet. And I was not abbreviating human. But we’ve wasted nuff time, al salamu alaykum

[Y @Jitoki420]

@Unknownakh17 @hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 I agree with you wrt the takfir, shaykh. But they’re long gone in their tariq or else I would have tried appealing to them too. I thought with your comrades being younger I might be able to advise them but it’s no matter. Allah guide us all. peace be upon you and your friends

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ I believe in the haqiqa muhammadiyya myself. It’s a position and you’ve taken another, ikhtilaf is not the end of the world. My only gripe with them is being so disregarding with takfir and my only gripe with you is being so disregarding wrt an untoward term

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 It’s different because the prophet himself described Abu talib’s state. In his majlis, it is not categorically untoward for that to be said. For the Prophet to be described as a H on the other hand, the same cannot be said

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ I’m saying the term carries disrespect. I understand your POV but even if you are fighting the good battle and for the truth, is it not more respectful to avoid the term?

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 Ask any of the people on that forum if they deny the prophet falls under the category of human. There won’t be. They all understand it’s technically true. They’ve just got a belief where they try to reconcile it with the haqiqa muhammadiyya, you’re disputing the wrong part

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ The language part is probably the most irrelevant part of my reply

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 The difference is that in the issue of AT, you are not leading yourself to call the Prophet a H. Please, think yourself in a majlis of the sahaba where the Prophet sits at the head. Would you dare describe him as a HN?

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 You guys brought up the issue first, using a language you don’t understand, as if Twitter would ever help solve any issue. This isn’t some holy war, it’s a Twitter debate that’s changed no one’s beliefs. All it’s changed is you now fight to call the Prophet a HN

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 It’s impacting you because you’re fighting to call the Prophet a haywan natiq. Do you think Abu bakr or Umar or Ali would have ever allowed the word haywan be used as a sifah for the prophet?

And no one cares about the barelwis these days, it’s just fanatics in their own bubble

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ all humans are smarter than pigs, your father is a human. your father is smarter than a pig. forgive me for the crude example, I feel uneasy typing it out but I hope you see how truth can still be untoward

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ No one denies the definition of human nor the technical application of it to the prophet. Some sufis say he was made from light rather than clay, I don’t see how your challenge works well. But again, why let that jeopardise yourself?

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 Don’t let them affect your relationship with the Prophet, even if it costs you your own self (or ego) - of course you know the Hadith. Love him like no other and be defensive as much as possible, not offensive. He is the Habib. peace be upon him

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @AndaluciMaliki1 You shouldn’t let people affect you in matters so severe. If the prophet peace be upon him asks you on the DoJ why you fought so insistently to call him a “HN” is ‘these people called for bloodshed’ a good response? The whole forum is a bubble of ppl quick to takfir, forget them

[Y @Jitoki420]

@AndaluciMaliki1 @hashimiyy_ Do you not think it’s better, even if technically true, to avoid the usage of the term? You guys are approaching it so scientifically, it bares little of the Islamic spirit. I doubt imam malik who walked with no shoes in the blessed land would be so care free in using the term

[Y @Jitoki420]

@scribeofmedinah @ly957194227756 @Muzii1_ @D1mashqi Why are you not a mujassim if it isn’t illogical?

[Y @Jitoki420]

@hashimiyy_ @Tarrasbulba123 No one’s denying the definition, it’s about whether the it should be made so sparingly explicit. In fact, I’d say the quote works against you in that he took care to not use an unbecoming term with regard to the prophet, peace and blessings whilst still conveying the concept

[Y @Jitoki420]

@Unknownakh17 @hashimiyy_ I don’t do takfir of anyone unless I’m entirely sure so I’m averted to it the same way I’m averted to the takfir that ascendedshin and all his mates might commit to. But being so insistently dismissive of the objection is extremely weird too
