@R_Dart @MajorDX25 Nice! I read it’s edible in small amounts. Due to oxalic acid, eaten in excess can lead to nutritional deficiencies. Its acid taste adds a nice flavour to salads. Cooking it will reduce the quantity of oxalic acid. It can aggravate rheumatism, arthritis, gout, kidney stones.
