Virginia Tech continues to disappoint this alumni on so many fronts. Maybe the administration should focus on education and student experience rather than growing the student enrollment just for the sake of growth.

Other schools seem to figure it out. Here’s an idea: require SAT scores again. That will significant reduce applicants to the pool of candidates that should be applying to a select institution.

Oh, and maybe learn how to run the admissions process more effectively. Perhaps then you won’t adjust more freshmen than you can house on campus. You are supposed to educate the next generation of leaders? VT admin cant even display good leadership; how are you going to teach it

VT Dining Services is a cash grab at this point. Forced expensive plans where you pay ~$3k for ~$1k in flex dollars, food costs more than Chipotle for smaller/worse portions, endless lines at peak times, half the shops closed on weekends, and quality keeps dropping while prices
