apparently the kid that went through a car accident and lost both of his parents doesn’t need therapists, children’s specialists, stability or boundaries, he needs to eat pizza, punch buck and watch mrbeast for 5 hours straight
Stop using Buck’s “trauma” and “insecurities” for being a shitty parent. Hen, Eddie, Chim, Maddie, Athena, and even Bobby all had their own trauma and insecurity and none of their kids were destroying their house, breaking noses, and biting arms.
En realidad no. Es sobre buck (como todo últimamente), a eddie lo agregaron porque, otra vez, no saben que carajos hacer con el personaje fuera de tenerlo como accesorio en las sl de buck
This wasn’t a fight where they both were in the right. Buck is not being fair to Theo, Eddie AND Chris. His parenting has led to himself & Chris being physically harmed. Eddie is trying to warn him that the same can happen to Theo. Buck is an adult. He should take criticism
it's pissing me off that people are acting like Theo was just dropped into Bucks life and he has to live with it instead of Buck willingly choosing to foster the kid
It feels real weird to be on Buck’s side more than Eddie’s during this Buddivorce bc it feels pretty lonely in this camp ngl. I think Buck’s doing a great job actually. But I get why Eddie doesn’t see it that way. I just think he’s personalizing this situation too much.
u don’t have to be a parent to know that theos reckless behavior can and will get ppl hurt if it continues to go unchecked so no i dont really accept “he’s new to this” as a viable excuse
eddie didn’t ask buck’s opinion about his relationship with ana. eddie didn’t ask buck’s opinion about him working dispatch. but guess what: buck gave his opinion anyway even if eddie didn’t want it/like it because he noticed eddie was struggling. that’s called a friendship fyi
It’s okay when other characters have their storylines developed offscreen like Chimney’s captaincy or Eddie’s and Chris’s Texas arc, but for Buck is always “we have to wait and see”
it's been THREE episodes, the season JUST started, why would they develop their entire relationship off screen. and no one, not even buck fans, think he's been a good parent, we're just understanding the reasons why
and that's!!! because!!! Chris was Eddie's son!!! and he could make such decisions!!! and Buck is not!!! Theo's parent!!!
I need you all to understand that Buck sees himself as Theo's FRIEND so he doesn't allow himself to make any PARENTING decisions
Again, so many of you are way too comfortable with the idea of Buck verbally abusing Eddie in the name of “angst” for Buddie canon. There’s arguments and then there’s toxicity, the latter of which I want no parts of with anything Buddie related.
"I was there for you and you were listening to my advice so I'm going to be mad when you repay the favor" and I'm supposed to clap because it's angst? 10 years of character development and this is where we land?
for how many more years will people still use the abandonment issues excuse to justify absolutely anything buck does? now he told eddie to leave because he needs to push people away before they leave first like… what the fuck are you even talking about
