@WyzeCam @Ivantheboomer I asked chatgpt to estimate a Wyse camera price made in the US. It gave me 3 prices: $36 made in China, $55-$65 assembled in US (China parts) and $300+ for the same camera made entirely in US with US parts. Ok? Great! Gimme 10 years to bring production here to do that.

Here is what I think happens with the debt limit crisis:

1. The US does not default
2. Politicians play games until the end
3. Debt ceiling gets raised in 11th hour
4. Democrats give in on Repub requests
5. The media hypes all this up non-stop
6. The national debt hits all-time high by mid-summer
7. We face another debt limit crisis within 36 months
8. More borrowing, plus future rate cuts, pushes asset prices higher in coming 12 months

This stuff is complex and the politicians are doing their best to play campaign games by posturing with each other. But ultimately, hard to see US defaulting.

I am not changing anything about my investment strategy or portfolio based on any of these thoughts.
