Treat some people how they are meant to be treated and not how you wish that you wanted to be treated if you were them. Reason is that they will not see the value of you treating them so well and will start moving crazy.

@alat_ng Thanks for responding. The issue has been rectified. Hopefully there wouldn't be any new issues when I decide to use biometrics as that's the part that is really a hassle.

I keep saying that anytime that Alat decides to update their app, I don't want to do the update because I always have issues. Now I have been trying to use my app and it practically made me do another update now I can't see my account. @alat_ng I don tire.

My dashboard isn't showing my account number meaning that I can't do anything. I can't recharge or transfer as it's showing an inactive account. When they were doing the app update I think they forgot about those using older versions of phones. Kilode‽

Whoever advised Wema bank to update their ALAT app and add the facial recognition part needs to go work on it well. Why would it remove biometric logins then stress one to do password reset with facial recognition not working eh? @alat_ng look into this and fix it.
