@AveneKim@bncdotph Change the law all you want it won’t stop the next kid who has a mentor like her and is given access to a gun. The new law should be to punnish parents guardian for their kids actions
@JackRyanUy@PhilippineStar It was her gun used now if she had files a police report before this happened she would not be held liable but im sure she didn’t. Which means her negligence. It’s part of the responsibility of being a gun owner.
@gmanews they are trying to use him as an escapegoat bc his a foreigner typical Filipino behavior. But completely forget many Filipino staff who could have objected after the first near-drowning but didn't & still went back but hey let's keep talking about Baldwin
@mongualvez@News5PH@onenewsph@News5E So how would having an AEP prevent this bc last I checked applying for AEP doesn't ask you if you know how to do the job correctly and the rules that's your employer's job. Typical Filipinos using the foreigners as escape goat for all their problems what about the other coaches?
@beeensent_ These are the situations where one day the bullied would have enough and either bring a gun to school or kill themselves they other parents would just say “ sorry “
@TVPatrol How much liability do you want to put on poor people. His family 1,000 percent living in the slums of Manila and will just say the typical thing “ we are poor “ sorry
@honeeybuch@antidote528528 Too many rules and regulations to employ her. Dont eat this dont do that I can’t do this I have to pray at this time I can’t attend your meeting
@inquirerdotnet Everyone is just trying to use him as an escape goat. Meanwhile the school should be held liable for this. As much his the coach they sign off on all these things. Bc who provides money for the travel lodging feeding the school
@inquirerdotnet Im sorry what does his AEP have to do with the incident at hand because Dole would never have questioned him on the rules and regulations he needs to follow. That is the school job and again if he was working for the school without valid documents that’s the fault of the school
