@YankeesRising@JonHeyman Everyone outside of the Bronx think he’s better than both. Rightfully so, and will continue to be a more complete pitcher with his postseason resume. 56 IP > 14.
The Dodgers have introduced a new Cookies & Cream Cold Brew at the ballpark this season 🤤
This iced cold brew is topped with cold foam and cookie crisps 🍪
@YeahAlrightBudd@PitchingNinja Eric Lauer long reliever former starter. Klein is a reliever who’s never thrown more than 36 pitches in his career. Bad managing by the Jays and shows their bench is 💩. Jays just got hot, they should’ve never gone to game 7. Most of that team will regress to the mean next year.
@Shametfor3@GiraffeNeckMarc Been saying this, offense is a mirror copy of the regular season where they had stretches where the offense has gone MIA. They need to get younger and Mookie needs to hit up driveline to improve bat speed
@1stRdDraftPick@FoulTerritoryTV They faced much better pitching than the Jays did. Now do a side to side of the starters ERA in the games played, Jays team ERA is at like 5+, Dodgers 2.5 ERA
@Davelikesdisc@MLBNetwork@JonHeyman I go by the data that’s available, Dodgers #3 in the league vs splitters. I’m just saying if you think the Mariners gave your pitching a run for its money. Dodgers are much deeper and have better plate discipline than Seattle. You’ll see, good luck
@griff_howe@monk3y_bizness@BRWalkoff Elite pitching will always beat great hitting, that’s just factual. Milwaukee had the highest barrel rate in the league and also relied on plate discipline. Dodgers starters ate them up with keeping them guessing on first pitch strikes. LA scouting it too elite
@Davelikesdisc@MLBNetwork@JonHeyman Reality is Jays don’t have lefties that Philly and Milwaukee did to neutralize Ohtani and freeman. Your rotation is good but not great, LA has Bassit’s, Scherzer’s and Bieber number. Will be a great series but don’t be surprised if LA put up a crooked number on multiple games
@Davelikesdisc@MLBNetwork@JonHeyman Bullpen ERA is skewed with one Clayton Kershaw and Sheehan game where they got hit around back vs Reds and Philly. A few runs by Treinen, but for the most part it has been solid when needed. Dodgers are fav bc Jays pitching isn’t on the same level as PHI or MIL statistically
@griff_howe@monk3y_bizness@BRWalkoff Dodgers have faced much better pitching tbh. I’d argue Philly is much more complete team than the Jays. They had 3 top end LH SP that gave Ohtani and Freeman fits, Jays don’t have that. Bassit has been owned by LA, Scherzer too, Dodgers are 3rd in hitting vs splitters (Guasman)
@DvdVarela@MLBONFOX The Brewers were the best at doing that, highest barrel rate. Dodgers scouting and analytics are head and shoulders over the majority of the league. They’ll expose hitters behind and in front of vlad and Springer. Won’t let those guys beat them, Dodgers pitchers are too smart
