Hi! Itβs been awhile! Quick prof life update:

Just a reminder before the "big announcement."
Autism was differentiated from schizophrenia back in 1911. Tylenol was created in 1955.
Anyone trying to tell you that Tylenol causes autism is entirely full of shit.
Great things at work this week:
- a final visit where the kid wanted all of his EI workers to play his toy guitars & we looked like a band
- playing peekaboo w/ a client and his 5 year old sister
- supervision in person!
- making time for lunch
- feeling confident at work
As a Developmental Pediatrician Iβm begging you to wear a mask, get vaxxed and boosted
So many children under 5, with chronic medical conditions, medical complexity, immunocompromise
It costs you nothing to protect these children

I'm officially requesting to have the word 'lazy' removed from our language.
Too many ppl use it as an insult; many as unknowing internal ableism.
I believe there's always a reason for someone's lack of motivation. Low energy, inertia, anxiety...But not laziness.
Anyone agree?
