Lover of red wine, real ales and continental lagers. Oh and I run a bit.

Welcome to golf buddy

This was sent to me by a very good friend of mine who has completed 15 Marathons. It helped me get through the Leeds Marathon. It was an amazing experience, hugely tough and the support from family and friends along with all the lovely people that came out to encourage us was fab

[John Hayes @JKHayes44]

It’s going to be tough and emotional but I can’t wait to get going.

[John Hayes @JKHayes44]

Great message from these two legends. Feel proud being part of this and somewhat emotional. Good luck everybody taking part and thank you to all those that are involved in other ways.

Is there anything more epic than using a Tomahawk Steak as a bottle opener?

[John Hayes @JKHayes44]

Long run in preparation for #LeedsMarathon. Thanks to those who have sponsored me, and for anyone who would like to here’s the link. https://t.co/4JiVSYbCGy

Shame I have to turn @talkSPORT off as they insist on giving airtime to a proven racist in Trevor Sinclair.

[John Hayes @JKHayes44]

@lil_hayes Haha. Not bad for someone who didn’t want to go out. Any particular track Lil? 😂

[John Hayes @JKHayes44]

@lil_hayes No. Bring back Boris. We need a true leader. An honest one. One we can trust. !

What’s happening in English politics is unique: it’s a watershed, with rules being radically rewritten, not because an insurgent party is successfully challenging an unpopular incumbent (that happens) but because a popular incumbent is savaging an unpopular opposition.
