You are absolutely correct about the SSB paper leak in J&K @JPNadda ji but you have got the date wrong. It was 2022. The government wasn’t of NC & Congress. It was a government headed by Lt. Governor but thank you for reminding everyone of this failure. It involved these observations & orders of the J&K High Court. We have no idea what happened to the High Level Committee or its report. Perhaps you can share that with us in your next press conference.

Hon’ble MLA Lolab, Sh. Qaysar Jamshaid Lone_ has approved 4 major IFCD works for Lolab Constituency under District UT Capex 2026-27 to strengthen irrigation and flood protection in the area.

APPROVED WORKS - ₹91.00 LAKH TOTAL

1. MANCHER NALLAH
Work: Construction of Erosion control/FP work from RD 0 to 10000 mtrs
Cost: ₹50.00 Lakh
Location: Mancher, Lolab

2. DEHGAM KHUL - SAIWAN
Work: Construction of toe wall with jacketing for protection of headworks RD 0 to 600 m
Cost: ₹15.00 Lakh
Location: Saiwan, Lolab

*3. DEHGAM KHUL - MARGI
Work: Construction of R wall/channel on minor RD 500-1500 m at spots D/S steel flume
Cost: ₹6.00 Lakh
Location: Margi, Lolab

4. STORAGE TANKS LOLAB
Work: Replacement of damaged pipe outlets of various storage tanks
Cost :₹20.00 Lakh
Location: Lolab

@PiyushGoyal Ji the truth is exactly the opposite. The paper leak occurred in 2022, when Jammu & Kashmir was under the Lieutenant Governor’s administration and there was no elected government. The NC-led government assumed office only in October 2024.

Such blatant misinformation from a Union Minister is both irresponsible and unbecoming.

In 2022, when the SSB paper was leaked, J&K had no elected government. The administration was entirely controlled by the office of Lieutenant Governor who is nominated by the BJP government.

जम्मू-कश्मीर में सर्विस सेलेक्शन बोर्ड की परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ, जहां कांग्रेस और नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस की सरकार है।

इसी तरह हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड की परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ, जहां कांग्रेस की सरकार है।

झारखंड में जेएसी की हिंदी और विज्ञान की परीक्षाओं के पेपर लीक हुए, जहां कांग्रेस और झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा की सरकार है।

तेलंगाना में इंटरमीडिएट भाषा परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ। वहां भी कांग्रेस की, सीपीआई के समर्थन वाली सरकार है। इसी प्रकार एसएससी की भाषा परीक्षा में भी पेपर लीक का मामला सामने आया।

तमिलनाडु में बी.एड. पाठ्यक्रम की परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ। उस समय वहां विपक्ष की सरकार थी।

पश्चिम बंगाल में पुलिस कांस्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ, जहां उस समय तृणमूल कांग्रेस (TMC) की सरकार थी।

पंजाब में पंजाब सबऑर्डिनेट सर्विसेज सेलेक्शन बोर्ड की ग्रुप-डी परीक्षा में भी पेपर लीक का मामला सामने आया। इसी तरह केरल में पीएससी की 26 परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं के आरोप लगे।

कर्नाटक में, जहां कांग्रेस की सरकार है, वहां भी पीओसी परीक्षा का पेपर लीक होने का मामला सामने आया।

ये तो केवल कुछ उदाहरण हैं, ऐसी घटनाओं की सूची काफी लंबी है।

मैं विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी जी से पूछना चाहूंगा कि इस मुद्दे पर आपका रवैया चयनात्मक क्यों है?

In J&K, SSB paper leak took pace during LG Manoj Sinha's tenure in 2022. It was followed by a series of scams involving two SSB exams, SI recruitment was also cancelled.

Mr. Nadda,for your information the incident you referred to during your press conference today took place in 2022, when J&K was under the Lieutenant Governor’s administration and direct Central rule. @JKNC_ government under the leadership of Mr @OmarAbdullah assumed office only in October 2024.

It is astonishing that the BJP’s Minister @JPNadda Sb would make a claim so divorced from the facts.

The J&K recruitment paper leak happened in 2022 under the Lieutenant Governor’s administration which means directly under you, when there was no elected government. The present government assumed office only in October 2024. If Nadda sb cannot distinguish between the Lieutenant Governor’s administration and an elected government, he has no business lecturing anyone. If he does know the facts, then this is a deliberate attempt to deceive the people of the country.
