As pressure was put on Ridgecrest less pressure was placed on larger faults. I expect San Andreas to slip within 2 years, expected magnitude 8.9 to 10.2. as more pressure has built up and some erosion of deep rock holds occurred

The problem with the Ridgecrest quake along small fault lines is there is a lot of rock to hold it all together. A larger quake should be expected along other fault lines with less deep rock to hold back pressure. More pressure as well will be along Andreas
