@qatarairways Thank you, however that’s not very useful information. Of course I have done this already. I’m asking why QR was not able to promptly help at the airport once the mistake was understood. We were send back with nothing.

I was denied to board the plane due to mistake by the #QatarAirways employee who was not trained how to read VISA. Confirmed with the ambassy, all stamps and documents are valid. Curious how #QatarAirways will handle this now. Waiting to be taken to India asap!!!!
