@krakensupport
Days keep piling up and my funds are still locked with no answer at all from support so I’m supposed to keep waiting till y'all decide to give my money???? What a great customer service. Never using this app again.

@krakensupport You guys a bunch of people with their fund lucked and no answer from support it’s starting to look like a scam this is incredible

[Jesus Linares @Jlinares005]

@krakensupport @krakensupport

It’s been almost 48 hours since you guys escalated and now answer yet do you have an estimate on when I’m going to recibe an answer you guys can’t keep my funds hostage like this for 2 weeks. It’s makes no sense all I need is my fund to be sent back. Thanks

@krakensupport

Deposit over account limit – funds locked 9+ days with no response after I replied to your email.

Ticket #22986397

I’ve also submitted the official escalation form and posted on r/KrakenSupport. Can you please look into this?
