With deep regret, it has now been ascertained that Gen Bipin Rawat, Mrs Madhulika Rawat and 11 other persons on board have died in the unfortunate accident.

Indeed a great achievement by Greater Chennai Police in rescuing more than 1000 elderly homeless people from Chennai city in a very short period and supported them by providing needed care. Kudos to the team.
