Hey @gamestop you might want to call the GameStop store located at 6713 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11204. I was there outside the store before 12pm and the employee working there told the people waiting that the 3pm time was NOT for walk-ins just for people who preordered it to pay and to do trade-ins. I called your Flatbush store and they said that information was wrong. I missed out on preordering the #Switch2 because of this error.

Hey @gamestop I understand that days before a console launch things can get a chaotic, but I've been trying to call the two Brooklyn stores located in Bensonhurst for several hours now and none of them are picking up the phones.
