Now sources tell me there is also video footage of a white Elantra parked in different locations around the home, seemingly observing the activities going on inside.

Well, the previously filed document that I tweeted about a few hours ago makes it pretty clear as to defendant #RichardAllen's position regarding the situation concerning his previous attorneys not representing him.

RA makes his request for Bradley Rozzi and Andrew Baldwin crystal clear in the memo below!

The 6th Amendment right to counsel in terms of the very letter of the amendment and the spirit of the amendment seems to be trampled on in this case.

Recall, the guards (I wonder if it was the same guards who wore Odin patches) videoed his conversations with his attorneys Baldwin and Rozzi in the Maximim Security Prison. Who does that?

I am not a bleeding heart liberal by any means, but what is happening in this case is wrong and is going to result in adjudication and appellate issues.

Update: Indiana Supreme Court sets Nov. 9 deadline to file responses/etc. on Richard Allen's and his initial defense team's complaints about Judge Fran Gull.

Chief Justice Loretta Rush writes that once that's done, the Supreme Court will take the matter under advisement. 5/
