The web is much, much larger than the 10m websites analyzed by w3techs and while the high-traffic benefit from WordPress already a lot, the long-tail has still much room for massive growth in terms of WordPress. And better WP experiences offered by Hosters will fuel this

@carlhancock @TacoVerdo @karks88 These are very good questions @carlhancock we assumed the same for several years, that there are only 330m domains in total. However we got access to several sources of hostnames and import all of them regularly, remove duplicates and feed iur crawler with them. That’s the 1.1B+
