Y’all know that A LOT of people live in complexes/estates and need to be able to communicate with drivers to send codes, etc.
But that means I won’t be using the app until I know for sure every delivery won’t be a failure.
@WOOLWORTHS_SA has more than enough money to pay proper people to work on the app. Jirre.
The amount of MY orders that have been cancelled BY @WOOLWORTHS_SA because of this is insane.
Literally right now my delivery is sitting at the gate, but the driver and I have no way of communicating with each other.

@Vodacom We were supposed to save on this deal but in the last 6 days we have had to buy hundreds of Rands worth of data just to get our WORK done.
We are still not connected and your staff who said they will be in contact have not been heard from.

@Vodacom We have been calling your various call centres every single day and have received little to no help, various estimated dates and times for when we will allegedly be connected.
This is by far the worst service I have ever received.
