@Hermesparcels I'm starting to get fed up with your company, you failed to deliver on the 6th of July baring in mind I had another address on my order incase I weren't in. Been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery. Where is it???

@Hermesparcels I ordered from boohoo last week and you made three attempts then said you're sending my parcel back to the sender. I've been in touch with boohoo since then and they haven't received my order back. I'd like to put a complaint in because I've waited over a week.
