To me, the most important aspect of The Crystal Keepers is that everything Shawn and Manie accomplish is done together. They both play equally important roles in defeating whatever evil they face, and they never ever give up on each other, no matter what happens.

Rating mean nothing for sales. I sell more books at 1.4 star rating on Amazon than people with 4-5 star ratings. Which is honestly surprising considering how much emphasis people put on getting good reviews being detrimental to a books success.

Whenever women complain about my book they always target this one scene where the teenage boy asks Manie if she has a boyfriend. That line of dialogue really seems to rub women the wrong way. I don't get why.
