@RutgersAltRoute I think eliminating the bystander effect is extremely important. Giving the courage of those being bullied to speak out, giving those around the the courage to do something, and giving bullys the empathy to care about their victims.

@RutgersAltRoute Recognizing what when there is bullying is a big hurdle. That's the main reason why zero tolerance exists. I also think that once you do recognize it, actually stopping the bullying can be difficult as you a single teacher needs help from students, parents and administration.
