Disappointed at the lack of organization at event in New Hampshire - poorly handled an overflow crowd. First in line, didn't get in to see speakers. Volunteers played up to friends, etc to get them in before those with reservations.

@Samsung - Seriously- you can't give me a phone number after 14 minutes for a service company to get my oven repaired? Less than 3 years old, cost over $1000! Probably only used the oven 40- 50 times.

@Delta - Once again, you get to send countless messages back and forth. They change the flight times and they resist to refund your money. Even worse, do not extend the travel voucher!
