@_DavidFitz @AJMattinson Ubiquity of luxury cars is a symptom of low cost long term financing. If you can pay for your $70k car over 8 years at 1.9%, things look feasible. People don’t buy cars (or houses), they buy payments.

@_DavidFitz @AJMattinson I have only seen 2 custom painted Paganis with N stickers, but yes point taken. Drop off at my kids’ school is a bmw/merc/Tesla festival, with the odd rolls Royce and Bentley thrown in for variety. This a VSB public school. 😐

@_DavidFitz If I recall, the original market study assumed some pretty substantial 'inflow' spending from Vancouver Island. Plus a regional trade area that covered...most of the region. It seemed, let's say, ambitious.
