@NatyLiy @Scotus Of course you can get to SCOTUS by winning cases--when your opponent appeals, duh.

Then you get the HUGE benefit of the standard of review. For example, on some issues the appellate court will reverse only if it finds an "abuse of discretion."

Also, SCOTUS usually denies cert.
